  • Phone: Dial the premium rate '09' number listed in the Program and follow the prompts. You will hear a brief message thanking you for voting. Each phone vote costs 35 pence in addition to your network access fee. Your network operator will determine the total cost. Viewers can find out more information about the amount that their mobile operator will charge them by visiting https://www.area-codes.org.uk/more/access-charge-list.php; but the Promoter and producers of the Programme recommend that for the most up to date charges viewers enquire directly with their mobile network operator

  • Mobile short dial codes ("MSDC") (also known as voice short codes): UK mobile users dial the 7-digit number displayed in the Programme that is the MSDC for the chosen singer(s) and listen to the recorded message that confirms the MSDC vote. Each vote cast from a UK mobile phone to a MSDC costs 35 pence. MSDC voting is only possible via mobile phone. Voting cannot be done by calling the MSDCs from a landline or any other method.
