- Return to a previously viewed recording: After watching a recording stored in the Planner and switching back to live TV, you can effortlessly return to the exact point you left off by pressing the play button a total of three times.
- View and restore deleted recordings: In the event that you accidentally delete a program from your Planner, fret not. Access your Planner, then press the right arrow button until you reach the Deleted tab. Navigate through the list of deleted recordings using the down arrow button, and select a recording by pressing the green button to restore it.
- Create bookmarks in recordings: While watching a recording, simply press the pause button followed by the red button to create a bookmark at your desired point in the recording. To view all bookmarks within the recording, press the green button while playback is paused. You can then select a bookmark to start viewing from that specific point. During playback, you can swiftly jump between bookmarks by pressing and holding either the rewind or fast forward button.
- Slow motion: Did you know that you can create your very own slow motion replays while watching live TV? Simply press the rewind button until you reach the desired point you wish to replay, and then hold down the play button for a minimum of two seconds to enjoy your program in slow motion. To revert back to regular playback speed, press the play button once more. This feature also applies to any recordings stored in your Planner.
- Instant rewind/fast forward: No need to endure the entire program while rewinding or fast-forwarding if you desire to go to the beginning or end. Merely press and hold either the rewind or fast forward button for at least two seconds, and you will be instantaneously transported to the furthest feasible point of your program in the chosen direction. You can customize the settings for instant rewind by accessing settings on your Sky remote, selecting Setup, and utilizing the arrow buttons to navigate to Instant Rewind.
