Ticket Gates

At Lille Europe, the ticket gates are located at the following distances: 90, 45-60, 60-75, 90, 75-90, 30, 20, 30, 30, 30. Please ensure that everyone in your group scans their ticket so that we can determine who is boarding the train. Simply scan the barcode on your mobile or paper ticket at the gates. Each individual ticket must be scanned, including those of children. Failure to scan your ticket increases the likelihood of someone else claiming your seat.

If you are traveling from Amsterdam Centraal, please scan your ticket barcode at the NS ticket gates and proceed to platform 15b in the Eurostar departure building. Our team will verify your tickets at that location.

If you are traveling from Rotterdam Centraal, please scan your ticket barcode at the NS ticket gates and proceed to platform 2 in the Eurostar departure building. Our team will verify your tickets at that location.

When purchasing tickets from other airlines, it's possible that a barcode will not be present. In this scenario, it will be necessary to speak with one of our team members to gain access to the appropriate ticket.

For those heading to Marne-la-Vallée (home to Disneyland® Paris), please note the following estimated travel times: 90-120 minutes for arrivals, 45-60 minutes for departures, 60-75 minutes for transfers, and 90-120 minutes for connecting journeys. When you reach your destination, a staff member will manually verify your ticket, so make sure to have it downloaded or printed ahead of time.

If you're traveling with a large group or require special assistance, please arrive early to ensure there is plenty of time for processing. Bear in mind that there are no ePassport gates available at Marne-la-Vallée.
