The Red House Surgery Offers NHS COVID Documentation Services.

We have been receiving a substantial influx of inquiries from individuals regarding their COVID vaccination status, exemption certificates, and recovery certificates.

Please note that we are unable to furnish you with a verification letter that verifies your COVID-19 vaccination status.

If you require assistance with these matters, we kindly ask that you go to the link below for guidance:

• - COVID recovery certificates: To our understanding, these are only obtainable by residents of England.
• - COVID vaccination record:

In the event that you have tested positive and are using the NHS App, your COVID passport will not be available for a minimum of 14 days after you receive confirmation of a positive test result. Following the expiration of the 14-day period, you should once again be able to download your COVID pass.

Are you lacking or have incorrect COVID-19 vaccination information?

If you believe that your NHS application or GP record is missing or contains incorrect COVID-19 vaccination information, please contact 119 and ask for a referral to the Vaccine Data Resolution Service (VDRS).

The VDRS is available to resolve missing or incorrect vaccination records for those inoculated in England with an existing NHS number who are registered with a GP practice in England.

The VDRS team will contact you within five business days to discuss your records with you.

To obtain an NHS COVID Pass medical exemption application, call the NHS COVID Pass service at 119. You can also call for additional information regarding COVID Pass medical exemptions.

The NHS COVID Pass service’s call handler will inquire about the following information from you. You must provide:

• - Your name
• - Your birth date
• - Your NHS number (if known)
• - The names of your GP and/or specialist clinician
• If you qualify to apply, you will receive an application form by mail.

Do not contact your GP about an application form. If you contact your GP prior to receiving your application form, you will be advised to contact the NHS COVID pass service at 119.

Submit your application form to the GP or clinician indicated on the form. Your application will be reviewed clinically by your doctor, specialist, or midwife. If necessary, your GP, specialist, or midwife may contact you, but you will not need to schedule this at the time of submitting your application.

Following your application, you will automatically receive your results by mail in 2 to 3 weeks. Unless they request it, you will not need to contact your GP or the clinician reviewing your exemption.
