If you live in Barking & Dagenham, you can now apply for the Older Person's Freedom Pass scheme directly through the London Councils website.
The scheme is administered by London Councils on behalf of the 32 London Boroughs and the City of London.

Apply by mail
An application form can be downloaded and printed. BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION, PLEASE CONFIRM THAT YOU MEET THE AGE CRITERIA.
1. Fill out and sign the application form
2. Include a passport-sized color photo - Photo requirements
3. Include proof of your identity and proof of address - documents required
4. In the post, please return to:

PLEASE DO NOT COPY APPLICATION FORMS AS EACH FORM CONTAINS A BARCODE AND UNIQUE REFERENCE NUMBER THAT IS USED TO TRACK INDIVIDUAL APPLICATIONS.
If you live in the London Borough of Barnet and do not have access to a computer, go to your local library and ask for help. Some libraries in Barnet are now self-service. Please check your local library's hours of operation before visiting to determine when library staff will be available to assist you.
