If you have multiple phone numbers or email addresses listed on your NHS record, follow these steps to select the ones you wish to retain:
1. Sign in.
2. Proceed to "More."
3. Choose "Account and settings."
4. Select "Manage NHS account."
5. Click on "Contact details on your NHS record."
6. Decide which mobile phone number or email address you want to keep on your NHS record.
7. Follow the instructions provided on the screen.
If your name, address, date of birth, or NHS number are incorrect, take the following steps:
Contact your GP surgery and request an update to your details. They will make the necessary changes to your NHS record, which will be reflected in your NHS account upon logging in.
Should you decide to delete your NHS login, please be aware of the following:
- Access to websites and apps using your NHS login will no longer be possible unless you set up a new login.
- It is possible that these sites and apps will retain certain information about you.
To delete your account, use the NHS App or NHS website by following these steps:
1. Log in to the NHS App or NHS website.
