Are you moving into a new build property? Keep in mind that there's a standard administration charge of £25 for recycling or refuse containers. Unfortunately, you can't request containers for a new build property through the online form. You need to call us directly on 01952 384384 to order your containers.

Additional Red Top Bin:

If you have six or more people living in a property, you may be able to apply for an extra smaller red top bin. This 140-liter bin is subject to approval and a standard nonrefundable administration charge of £25. We will monitor recycling participation after you submit the request. You'll receive a decision within six weeks. The provision of additional bins is subject to review, and we reserve the right to remove them if you do not recycle sufficiently. You can apply for the additional red top bin through our online form.

Additional Green Bin:

If you are recycling as much as possible but still have more garden waste than your green bin can handle, you may be eligible to apply for an additional green bin. Alternatively, you can leave up to four bags of garden waste next to your bin on collection day. The bags must be made of biodegradable material and be light enough for our contractors to lift. Additional green bins can be requested using the online form. Besides, you can use our Household Recycling Centers to dispose of excess garden waste. Replacement Containers:

If you need to replace or request additional bins, bags, or food waste containers, you can submit a form found on our website. This form is solely for Telford and Wrekin residential household properties. If you share a communal food waste wheelie bin, you are eligible for free food caddy liners. However, you must check the "flats" option in the online form. After submitting the form, our contractors have five working days to repair or replace the damaged bin. Keep in mind that we only replace bins that are no longer fit for purpose.

New Tenant:

Are your containers full as a new tenant? Please call our contact center to request a one-off collection service. Please be aware that the emptying fee is £18 per bin.

Downsizing Bins:
