Click on "Create an account" and choose the type of account you want to create. Select from options such as creating an email address for personal use, for a child, or for a business. Complete all the required fields on the Google account setup page. You will need to provide your first and last name, create an email username and password, and furnish your date of birth, gender, and mobile phone number.

• If you provided your phone number or recovery email address, you'll require access to them to obtain the verification code.
• Click Next to proceed. Skip or select I'm in for the phone number prompt, and then carefully read and agree to Gmail's terms and conditions.

Verify your phone number. Once you've entered your phone number, you should receive a text message containing a code which you'll need to insert on the website. After doing so, the page will reload with a "Success!" message.

Complete the required fields. The next page will prompt you to enter your birthdate and select your country/region.

Confirm you're not a robot. As a measure to prevent scammers from creating temporary emails using automated programs, Microsoft will ask you to solve a simple puzzle before proceeding with the account creation.

• Click on "Next" to access the puzzle, or select "Audio" if you prefer an audio-based puzzle instead of a visual one.
• Once you have completed the puzzle, click "Continue".

Wait for your Microsoft account summary to load and appear on the screen. Your new email address will be displayed under "Account aliases" and will be ready to use.[3]

• If you are unsure about the website of your ISP, use a search engine like Google and enter the name of your ISP into the search field.

  • The specifics of your incoming mail server and its port.
  • Identification of whether your incoming mail server is POP3 or IMAP.
  • Details about your outgoing mail server (SMTP) and its port.
  • Your email username and password.
