You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. The store will hold your order for 7 days before returning it and issuing a refund if it has not been collected.

Alternatively, you can access the tracking link provided in your despatch email to view the most recent tracking information; however, please keep in mind that Click and Collect orders cannot be tracked using this service. When you place a Click and Collect order, the store will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up. You only received a portion of your order. We sometimes fulfill items from multiple locations, so your order may be split across multiple deliveries. Compare the items on the despatch note in your parcel to what you received. If they match, the rest of your order is in a different parcel. If they don't match, give us a call and we'll figure out what went wrong. Still require assistance Please contact us at 0161 393 7055. Is it possible to get Next Day Delivery?
We can deliver your parcel the next day to the majority of the UK. The following post codes are excluded:

AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50 Scottish Highlands

HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3 are the Scottish Islands.

Why is my order being shipped straight from Nike?

We have an additional product line available through Nike direct delivery. JD sells the products and ships them directly from Nike.

These items are only available for standard shipping.

What is same-day delivery?

When you order before 1pm, you can now have your package delivered between 6pm and 10pm the same day (some restrictions apply).

Your package will be delivered by a zero-emission vehicle.

The cost of same-day evening delivery is £9. 99 and is only available on the JD Sports App.

Can I get Express Delivery?

Order by midnight to receive your parcel the following day, e.g. g Order by 22:30pm on Wednesday and get it by Friday evening.

This delivery guarantee does not apply to the following postcodes:

Why was my order canceled?

Your order has been canceled. If the item (s) you ordered are out of stock when we pack your order, we must cancel it. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund, depending on the method of payment.

Our customer service team has no way of knowing whether a product will be restocked, so take a look at our 'New In' section to see if anything catches your eye.

We have the option of going to a JD store or having it delivered to our home. For more information, please visit our delivery page HERE. We now offer contactless delivery through DPD and Evri.

Your parcel will be delivered to a pre-arranged safe location, or if one is not available, your driver will knock and stand at least two steps away. If no response is received, delivery will be attempted three times.

Is it possible to change my Deliveroo order?
Regrettably, no. If any part of your order, including the address, is incorrect, please contact customer service at 0161 393 7055, and they will be able to cancel the order and replace it with the correct information.

How do I obtain the NHS Heroes Discount?
As a thank you to all of our NHS customers, we are now offering an additional discount on your order (exclusions may apply). Simply download the JD APP and enter your Blue Light discount code at the checkout page.

Is it possible to return my Deliveroo order in-store?
All orders must be returned through the online returns system. The barcode and shipping label are not scannable at the tillpoints. All information regarding the return process can be found here.

Can I leave my Deliveroo order somewhere safe?
You can use the JD App to request that your order be left in a secure location. e in conversation with a neighbor If you can't find your order, please contact Customer Service at 0161 393 7055 and they will look into it for you.

My order is missing something.

We may be unable to send all of the items you have ordered at times. If this is the case, we will send you an email informing you of any missing items from your order.

Please keep in mind that we will issue a full refund for any items that have not been shipped.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

If you request delivery to an EU address, our courier will handle all taxes and duties on your behalf. You will be the importer into the EU, and by ordering through this site, you authorize our couriers to deliver and clear goods to you on that basis. You will incur no additional costs because we will settle the charges on your behalf.

If the delivery address is outside the EU, you may be charged import taxes or duties in the destination country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or additional costs that may be levied at the time of importation. Prior to placing an order, we recommend that you contact your local customs authority or post office to determine the potential costs. You will be the importer into the destination country, and by ordering through this site, you grant our couriers permission to deliver and clear goods to you on that basis.

When will my Deliveroo order arrive?
Orders placed through Deliveroo should arrive within a couple of hours of being placed. Your order can be tracked in real time using the JD App.

Can I have items sent to someone as a gift?

If you want to send something to someone as a gift, you can use their address as the delivery address when you place your order.

Because we do not provide gift wrapping, the goods will be delivered in the same manner as any other order. The prices of the items are displayed on the delivery note, and we can only discuss the order with the person who placed it.

If you are having problems with your delivery, please check the status of your order using one of the methods listed below:

Check the tracking link in your despatch email for the most up-to-date tracking information.

Is it possible to change or cancel my order?

We're pretty quick at picking and packing your order, and because we can't change it before despatch once it's been placed, we need to be quick to cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed. We are unable to change your delivery address once your order has been confirmed for security reasons. Before placing your order, please double-check that all of the details are correct. We may be able to assist you if you contact us as soon as possible at 0161 393 7055.

Can I change my shipping address?

We are unable to change your delivery address once your order has been confirmed for security reasons. We recommend that you double-check all details before submitting your order.

Why haven't I received an email confirming my order?

During peak periods, confirmation emails may take longer than expected, but rest assured that we are working on your order. Please check your junk email folder.

Standard delivery is a home delivery that is usually made within 5-7 days of placing your order.

The standard delivery charge in the United Kingdom is £3. 99 - or free if you spend more than £70

We do not deliver to PO boxes, and if you need delivery to the Channel Islands, you must choose International delivery.

Please keep in mind that these prices and delivery dates may change from time to time due to promotional activity.

How long will it take for my international order to arrive?

Most of the countries we ship to offer standard and tracked express delivery services. International delivery starts at just £6. 99 - the price varies by country and can be found in the delivery section by selecting the delivery country from the drop-down menu.

Who will be in charge of delivering the package? Depending on the weight and value of the delivery, it will be shipped via DPD, DHL, Pro-carrier, or Skynet. Once the parcel arrives in your country, it will be transferred to an internal postal service and delivered in accordance with their standard delivery procedures.

How long will it take? After despatch, delivery will take 4 to 10 working days. A signature may be required, and if you are not present, the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick it up.

Can I track my order? Some Standard deliveries and all Tracked Express deliveries are trackable. You will receive an email with a tracking link for your order, or you can log in to your account and view the tracking in your order history.

Is the recipient required to pay duty on the order? Our products are sold DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Local legislation may impose additional taxes, fees, or levies.

Deliveries made outside the European Union may be subject to import duty or formal customs entry. If this is the case, delivery may be postponed. JD Sports is unable to assist with these processes.

Check the custom duty threshold of the country you're sending your items to before you order, and keep your total basket value below that threshold to help ensure that customs duties are not payable for deliveries outside the EU.
