Invite a Friend

We strongly believe that drinking is more enjoyable when shared with friends. Therefore, we have established an amazing referral program that enables you to invite your friends with a special introductory offer. Once your friend follows your referral link or enters your referral code during sign-up, they will be eligible for a 50% discount on their first case. And if your friend stays with us and purchases a full-price case, we will express our gratitude by giving you a complimentary case of beer. The best part is that you can claim this reward for every friend who stays with us and purchases a full-price box!

  • Voucher codes for free cases will be displayed in your account for each successful referral. These codes will be available once your friend's Beer52 subscription recurs at the full price of £27 for 8 beers, a magazine, and snacks; £32 for 10 beers, a magazine, and snacks; or £37 for 12 beers, a magazine, and snacks.
  • Please note that this offer is limited to one per household and cannot be utilized to create multiple accounts.
  • The referrer and referee must have distinct billing and shipping addresses.
  • Free cases cannot be redeemed for gifting subscriptions.
  • In order to receive free cases as rewards, you must maintain an active account.
  • If you cancel your subscription, any accumulated free cases will be forfeited.

  • By participating in this program, you confirm that you have obtained consent from the individuals you are inviting to receive marketing information from us.

Ambassador Program

In addition to the free beer or wine you already receive, we offer a range of bonus rewards for our members who refer the highest number of friends. Once you achieve a specific number of successful referrals, you become eligible for incredible rewards!

  • The ambassador program is open to all active members of Beer52 and Wine52.
  • Your referral count is associated with your subscription. If you are subscribed to both Beer and Wine, you will have separate referral counts for each.
  • By providing us with your friend's email address, you confirm that you have obtained their consent. We will use this email address solely for the purpose of the referral and will not engage in further marketing activities. Email addresses provided in this manner are anonymized and deleted if the referred friend does not join within 30 days.
  • Users cannot refer themselves.
  • The referrer and referee must have distinct billing and shipping addresses.
  • All successful referrals, except those made through Golden Tickets, will generate a reward case that can be claimed by the referrer.
  • A referral is considered 'successful' when your friend signs up to Beer52 from your invitation and receives their second case.
  • Referrals that have signed up a new member who has not yet received their second case will be marked as 'pending' on the referrer's dashboard. Once the new member receives their second case, the reward case and any eligible bonus rewards will become available.
  • Bonus rewards are awarded only when a member reaches the required number of successful referrals.
  • Only referrals made after 01/02/2023 count towards members' referral totals. Historical referrals are not included when unlocking rewards.
  • Referred friends receive their first case at a discounted price, which may vary depending on the referral offer available to the referrer.
  • As soon as you have a Beer52 subscription, you can start referring friends.
  • All rewards are subject to change based on availability and may not match the listed rewards.
  • Transportation to reward events, tours, and tastings, including those held abroad, will not be provided by Beer52.
  • Gifting subscriptions do not count towards the Ambassador Program and do not generate reward cases.
  • If a referred friend signs up but does not proceed to receive their second case, this will not be considered a successful referral and any pending rewards will be lost.
  • If a member cancels their membership, all progress and rewards will be forfeited.
  • If there are changes to the rules or incentives, they will be reflected here.
  • Beer52 Ltd reserves the right to terminate this program at any time and for any reason.
  • Accounts that are found to be abusing or misusing the referral program will have their accounts and all rewards cancelled without prior notice.
  • If a referred friend or referring account holder has any questions, Beer52 will respond and any decisions made will be at Beer52's sole discretion.

Loyalty Points

For every order you place, each beer you rate or review, and for referring your friends, you will automatically earn points. These points are subject to the standard terms of our Refer A Friend promotion. If you cancel your subscription, all points will be removed from your account, and your status as a Super Taster or Master Taster will be lost. You can avoid this by simply pausing your account. Please note that all points are forfeited after six months of inactivity. Points hold no cash value, are non-refundable, and cannot be transferred. All rights reserved, and terms are subject to change.

Gift Cards

Gift cards, whether purchased online or in-store, can only be redeemed online at To access the benefits of our Beer Club subscription, which requires you to provide your credit card details to open an account, you can use the credit from the gift card. This practice ensures that we comply with the Licensing Act 2003, which mandates that we take all necessary steps to verify that we only provide alcohol to individuals over the age of 18. If, however, you prefer to redeem your gift card for previous issues of our magazines and/or snacks, rather than a subscription to our beer or wine club, please reach out to us through our Help Centre and we will manually process your request.

You will not be charged unless you choose to continue as a member of Beer52's beer club once your gift credit has been depleted, and you fail to contact us to cancel. The credit from the gift card can be used to purchase a combination of Ferment magazines, snacks, and beer of your choice as part of a recurring subscription. If you wish to use your gift card credit to customize the quantity of snacks and magazines beyond what is offered during the initial sign-up process, simply contact our Help Centre, and they will gladly adjust your gift card credit accordingly. Please note that gift cards hold no monetary value and are non-exchangeable for cash. Additionally, gift cards expire 12 months after issuance, unless explicitly indicated otherwise on the card or in our advertising. This offer is valid only in the UK and is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above.


We employ a variety of couriers for our deliveries. You should expect to receive your beer within 1-3 working days following your most recent payment.

Covid Delivery Agreement

Due to social distancing regulations, the couriers are unable to obtain a signature for the delivery of your parcel. By subscribing to our service, you agree to accept delivery confirmation from a courier without requiring a signature. Furthermore, you acknowledge that if your parcel is marked as delivered or if our courier presents photographic evidence to confirm the delivery, this shall serve as sufficient proof of delivery.

Vouchers and Offers

All vouchers and offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are intended for single use only. Each account may only have one valid UK credit/debit card associated with it. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers and cannot be used multiple times. Only one voucher may be used per household. Should multiple vouchers be used within the same household, your order may be canceled without prior notice, any charges will be refunded, and you may incur a partial or complete loss of any delivery fee (if applicable) for the purpose of arranging a return.

Resale of Gift Cards and Codes

The resale of our gift card codes or their purchase from secondary marketplaces, such as Zeek, is strictly against our terms of sale. Suspected fraudulent codes will be canceled and invalidated. Please return any such codes to the original point of purchase and request a refund from the reseller.

Text Message Orders

All orders placed via text message are automatically dispatched and cannot be canceled or returned unless extraordinary circumstances arise. In such cases, you will be responsible for making appropriate arrangements, as well as covering the return shipping costs. If you receive a defective product, you are entitled to a refund. To arrange for a refund for a defective product, please get in touch with us through our Help Centre.

Regrettably, Beer52 does not accept returns, except in extraordinary circumstances. If you believe your situation qualifies as exceptional, please contact our friendly support team to discuss your options through our Help Centre. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the costs of return shipping.


Our craft beer club subscription is billed every 28 days, unless otherwise specified, for a total of 13 boxes per year. To cancel your subscription and avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, which will occur automatically upon completing your original subscription, we require a minimum of 3 working days' notice before your next payment date.

Please be aware that it takes 24 hours for us to process your initial order before you can proceed with canceling your account.

How can I cancel? While we are sad to see you go, if you wish to cancel for any reason, please get in touch with our helpful support team. You can find a convenient step-by-step guide in our extremely useful FAQ, located here. Alternatively, you can give us a call at 0131 285 2684.

Please note that we require a minimum of 3 working days notice to cancel your subscription, which must be received before your next billing date. Additionally, we need 24 hours to process your first order.

We collect personal information about you in order to process and deliver your order. By registering on our website, you are giving consent to Beer52 to maintain, record, store, and use the personal data we collect about you. All data is collected and maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Your contact details are automatically collected when you enter them into the fields on our signup process. Our craft beer advisors may use this information to contact you, either to assist you in completing the signup process or to offer you special rates to join our club. You have the freedom to opt-out of these communications at any time, and we strive not to bother you unnecessarily.

Pricing Our monthly subscription clubs include an 8 pack, 10 pack, or 12 pack of beers, along with a copy of our magazine, Ferment, 2 beer snacks, and free delivery. The prices are as follows:

- 8 pack: £27 (including VAT of £2.34)

- 10 pack: £32 (including VAT of £3.17)

- 12 pack: £37 (including VAT of £4)

Free delivery is available on subscription orders over £22.50, unless otherwise specified.

For monthly rolling subscriptions, billing occurs every 4 weeks unless cancelled. Additional orders made on our website or by phone will be charged to your payment card at the time of ordering.

Customers on a 3, 6, or 12 month plan will receive a total of 3, 6, or 12 cases respectively, with one case delivered every 4 weeks.

Using Points in our Shop You must be logged into your account to use your points. Points can be redeemed in our shop by ticking the 'redeem points' box during our secure checkout process. For shop orders with a cash spend below £50, a standard delivery charge of £4.95 applies.

Initially, 100 points will have a value of £1. The discount applied will be 50% of your basket total, allowing you to use points for up to 50% of the order's value.

Please note: loyalty points cannot be used in conjunction with shop vouchers.

21 Day Money-Back Guarantee All of our beer boxes come with a 21 day money-back guarantee. You are allowed to open the box and try some of the beers, but any opened products will be deducted from your refund. If necessary, you may be required to return the box at your own expense. Refunds will cover the cost of the goods but not the cost of postage and packaging. All refunds will be processed within 30 days. Refunds may be issued through a cheque, bank transfer, or by crediting your card, based on Beer52's discretion.

Due to the nature of our business, some beers in our boxes may be substituted at the last minute. While we strive to avoid this situation whenever possible, there may be slight variations between the beers displayed in our tasting notes pages and the beers included in your box. We appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.
